I’m out of town this week, in Kentucky, and have here this stage in a painting called “Five Points”. It was at one time something I considered like an abstracted landscape, but that notion drifted quickly into the ether. Do I need to explain more right now? No, I have the makings of a Woodford Preserve hangover. So i’ll forego the pretense.
